Lutefisk & Meatball Dinner

Around 80 hungry Scandinavians attended our Lutefisk Dinner and Nordic Feast last month! Tusen takk to Susie for organizing and doing much of the cooking. Thanks, also, to Debbie, Karon, and Joyce who put in especially long hours, to Greg and David for cooking the lutefisk, to Lynn and Erik for making the lefse, and to Bill and Anne for handling check in, and to may others who helped.
